OUR STORY
Founded in 1994 to build what didn't yet exist
FSDH began as Nigeria's first discount house — an institution created to pioneer the money market infrastructure the country needed to grow. Three decades later, that founding instinct hasn't changed: we still build what the market needs before the market knows it needs it.
Today, FSDH Holding Company sits atop a coordinated group of three subsidiaries — FSDH Merchant Bank, FSDH Asset Management, and FSDH Capital — each operating independently, each connected to a shared mandate: to deliver integrated financial solutions across the full spectrum of Nigerian finance.
We serve corporates, institutions, sovereigns, and individuals with the same standard of care — because in our experience, the best outcomes happen when every counterparty is treated as an institutional client.
